The bill (Reg. No.7419) strengthens legal regulation in the sphere of economic competition protection. Namely, it specifies the list of issues that require inferences regarding qualification of actions, determines the bodies of the Anti-Monopoly Committee of Ukraine authorized to draw the inferences, and sets the grounds to terminate proceedings on concerted actions.
The bill increases the rate of minimal penalty for infringements on anti-monopoly legislation, and authorizes the foreign market participants to cover expenditures connected with the application processing in foreign currency.
